1 · What Instant Capital is
Instant Capital is a visual reference built by World Class Tech & Design LLC (“we,” “us”) that gathers publicly available credit-card offers in one place — for your convenience — and links you to each issuer’s official application page. We are not a bank, lender, card issuer, broker, or credit-repair organization. No application is taken here and no credit decision is ever made here — everything happens on the issuer’s own site.
2 · Estimates, never promises
Tier placements and approval-likelihood estimates are informational opinions built from publicly available criteria and experience. They are not pre-approval, pre-qualification, or an offer of credit, and they guarantee nothing — every decision belongs to the issuer alone. Rates, fees, and terms change constantly; always verify current terms on the issuer’s official page before applying.
3 · Free means free
The card board, tier rankings, issuer links, and Credit Profile Analyzer are provided free of charge to every visitor — no account, no card-open limits, no paywall. We offer two optional paid products. Teams plans are sold only to businesses (legal entity and EIN required) and are billed to the business, never to a consumer. An individual Workspace membership is a private record-keeping tool for applications you have already made; it does not improve, repair, or affect your credit, and it does not provide advice about obtaining credit. Both purchase software conveniences only (record-keeping, floor branding, team codes, seats, support) and convey no additional credit-related advice, ranking, or placement benefit of any kind. Neither changes the cards, tiers, or analyzer results any visitor sees.
4 · Buying a Lifetime membership
What it is. A Lifetime membership removes the four-application cap on the Workspace log. That is the whole of it. It does not change the card board, the tiers, the rankings, or anything the Credit Profile Analyzer says — those are free to everyone, member or not, permanently. It is a record-keeping tool for applications you have already made. It does not improve, repair, or affect your credit, it does not contact any bureau, issuer or lender on your behalf, and it does not provide advice about obtaining credit.
One payment. $74.95 in U.S. dollars, charged once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing for you to remember to cancel. We will never charge the card again.
Refunds — 14 days, no questions asked. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, email jacksonalexande@gmail.com and we will refund you in full. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask for one. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. After 14 days the sale is final, but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong — we would rather fix it.
Your key. After payment we email you a membership key. Enter it once under "I already have a key" and the cap comes off in that browser. The key is for your own use. Because it is checked on your own device rather than on a server — which is what lets us keep your information off our servers entirely — a key you publish or share can be used by anyone who finds it, and we cannot recover it for you.
Payment handling. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own systems. Card numbers never pass through this website and we never see them. Stripe gives us your email address so we can send your key and your receipt, and we use it for nothing else.
Teams plans are not open for purchase. When they open they will be sold to businesses only, billed to the business, and governed by a separate written agreement.
5 · Use it lawfully and honestly
You agree to use Instant Capital only for lawful purposes. You will provide truthful, accurate information on any application, apply only for yourself or with proper legal authority, and never use any card or credit obtained through links here for fraud or any other illegal activity. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of your state, including Washington State consumer-protection law.
6 · Your data stays yours
The Credit Profile Analyzer runs entirely inside your browser. Nothing you paste or type is transmitted to, collected by, sold by, or stored on our servers.
7 · Trademarks
All bank names, card names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied.
8 · No warranties · limitation of liability
This service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Class Tech & Design LLC is not liable for issuer decisions, denied applications, credit-score changes, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
9 · The fine print
You must be 18 or older to use this site. We operate from Seattle, Washington. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. federal law. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update is acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. © 2026 World Class Tech & Design LLC.
